Mémoire justificatif

This report forms part of the 1936 Development Plan for Damascus and is included in the binder titled Dossier du plan d'aménagement et d'extension. The materials related to this plan were found to be dispersed throughout the binder, and the report itself is missing its final ten pages. The table of contents made it possible to identify and reconstruct the correct sequence of the figures included in the report, as well as to identify the accompanying maps found within the archival materials. However, several of the maps and figures listed in the report could not be located and remain missing.
