Located approximately 5 km northeast of the longest wharf in the port of Tangier-Ville, the structure consists of an 18-meter-high square tower with a gallery and lantern. It is connected to a two-story keeper's house. It emits a white flash every 5 seconds, with a maximum range of 22 nautical miles (approximately 40 km). The Cap Spartel Lighthouse is situated approximately 16 km to the west.
