This four-storey building was one of the first buildings built on Boulevard Pasteur. it currently houses the Regional Tourism Authority and the Abdellah Guennoun Library, but it was originally the Dar es-Salaf, or Debt Enforcement Administration for the ports of Morocco. It was constructed by the firm of Desforges & Rosseau.
