An on-going project - to date 350 individual upgrade/restorations have been completed. The scheme includes infrastructure replacement, new street paving, park restructuring, relocation of ill-placed technical equipment, and façade restorations. The project has encouraged individual owners to undertake private restorations and adapt houses as restaurants or hotels.
